Cancellation Policy

1. Overnight Reservations
   The refund eligibility, cancellation deadlines, and any nonrefundable charges for your overnight stay depend on the property, rate, and booking channel selected. Please review the cancellation terms shown before completing payment and keep a copy of your confirmation.
2. Reservations Made Through Vrbo
   If you booked through Vrbo, review the cancellation policy displayed for your specific reservation and submit cancellation or change requests through the platform when required. Vrbo platform fees and refunds may be subject to separate platform rules.
3. Direct Reservations

4. Gatherings and Corporate Retreats
   Gatherings and retreats may involve reserved dates, outside vendors, staffing, and advance preparations. 5. Changes and Early Departures

6. Weather and Unexpected Events
   Ordinary weather changes do not automatically create a right to a refund. Any cancellation resulting from severe weather, travel disruptions, emergencies, or circumstances outside either party’s control will be handled according to the applicable booking terms, platform rules, and law.
