The Southern Colonial Home
Gracious gathering spaces, poolside afternoons, and room to linger.
The two-story home has space to come together and comfortable corners to call your own. Large windows fill the living area with light. The kitchen gives everyone room to help with dinner, while the formal dining room invites you to sit a little longer afterward.
Explore the bright sunroom, find a quiet seat in the library, or head outside to enjoy the view from the porch.

Downstairs: One queen bedroom and one bedroom with two twin beds
Upstairs: Two king bedrooms, each with its own bathroom
Additional bathrooms: A downstairs bathroom and a half bath in the sunroom
The upstairs primary suite also has a sitting area, fireplace, and washer and dryer.
A few favorites: Private unheated pool, air hockey, library, and a fire pit beneath a lighted pergola. There are no televisions in this home.

Start the morning with French press coffee and a little fresh air on the porch. Prepare meals in the equipped kitchen, gather in the living room by the fireplace, or make time for movement in the home gym.
