We look forward to welcoming you to April Hill Ranch. Please review these reservation guidelines before planning yourstay, celebration, or retreat. The terms shown in your specific confirmation or signed agreement govern the details of
your booking.

    1. Choose Your Reservation
      April Hill Ranch offers two distinct overnight lodging options: the Southern Colonial home and the Ranch Foreman’s
      House. Each is described as accommodating up to eight overnight guests. Gatherings and corporate retreats require a
      separate inquiry and approval, even when lodging is included.
    2. Confirming Your Dates
      Availability shown online or discussed during an inquiry is not guaranteed until your reservation has been confirmed.
      Your confirmation should identify the property, arrival and departure dates, registered guest count, total charges,
      payment schedule, and any approved additional arrangements.
    3. Payments, Taxes, and Deposits
      Applicable rates, taxes, cleaning fees, security or damage deposits, and payment deadlines will be displayed during
      checkout or included in your written proposal or agreement. These amounts may differ by property, season, and
      reservation channel.
    4. Check-In and Check-Out
      Please follow the arrival and departure times in your booking confirmation. Early arrival or late departure is permitted
      only with advance approval.
    5. Occupancy and Visitors
      Each overnight home accommodates up to eight registered overnight guests, subject to its booking terms. Day visitors,
      events, parties, and additional attendees must be approved separately. Children of all ages are welcome, with
      appropriate adult supervision.
    6. Working Ranch Guidelines
      This is a real working ranch, with livestock, animals, equipment, outdoor terrain, and water features. Follow ranch
      instructions, respect gates and restricted areas, and do not approach, feed, handle, or ride animals without express
      permission and supervision. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children.
    7. Property and Amenities
      Use only the home, grounds, recreational areas, and amenities included in your specific reservation. Availability of
      individual amenities or activities may depend on weather, maintenance, staffing, or safety conditions. Report accidental damage or maintenance concerns promptly.
    8. Gatherings and Retreats
      Celebrations, meetings, photography sessions, vendors, catering, amplified music, and other organized activitiesrequire advance approval and may require separate fees, insurance, agreements, or permits. Do not assume an
      overnight reservation includes event privileges.
    9. Booking Channels and Changes
      If you reserve through Vrbo or another platform, use that platform for booking changes when required. Direct
      reservations should be discussed with April Hill Ranch. Changes are subject to availability and the terms applicable to
      the original booking.
